These terms cover your use of madelinelemon.com and your purchase of the ebook A Return to Light: A Practical Guide to Circadian Living (the “ebook”). The site and the ebook are made by Madeline Lemon (“I”, “me”). By using the site or buying the ebook, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. The price is shown on the site before you buy, in US dollars.
Delivery
The ebook is a PDF. After payment, Lemon Squeezy shows a download link on the order confirmation page and emails it to the address you entered at checkout. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to hello@madelinelemon.com and I’ll send it again.
Your license to use the ebook
When you buy the ebook you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it, read it on your own devices and print copies for your own use. Please don’t resell, share, upload or distribute the file, or republish its contents, without my written permission. All text, images and design in the ebook and on this site belong to Madeline Lemon unless stated otherwise.

The ebook and this site are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

The site links to services run by others, such as YouTube and Lemon Squeezy. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you bought the ebook continue to apply to that purchase.
